Delphi AI, overseen by our expert teams, runs inside the workflows that deliver our service. And every team uses AI in its daily work, whether that is building the product, serving customers, growing the business or running the company. We build with frontier models, adopt new tools early and expect everyone to keep finding better ways to work with them.
You do not need AI experience to join. Curiosity and a willingness to learn matter more.

Questions candidates ask.
Visory: remote first, hybrid or in-office?
We are remote and hybrid, depending on where you are based. If you join our Melbourne or New York office, you will be hybrid. In any other location, you will be remote. Every advert states the location and working arrangement for the role.
Do you support visas and relocation?
We consider visa sponsorship and relocation case by case, depending on the role and your circumstances. If you need either, we encourage you to apply and tell us in your application.
What is the interview process like?
It varies by role, but it generally follows this flow:
- A recruiter screen with our Talent team.
- A hiring manager interview.
- A technical interview or case based on real scenarios.
- A motivations and values interview with people from across the company.
We may start with an informal coffee chat, and we complete reference checks before making an offer.
Do I need experience with AI?
No. You need deep knowledge of your craft and a willingness to learn. Curiosity matters more than prior experience.
How is AI changing the role of the accounting and finance professional?
AI is taking on the routine processing that used to fill a finance professional’s week. That frees the profession to do more of what customers value most: judgement, advice, relationships and helping business owners decide what to do next. At Visory, finance professionals work alongside Delphi AI, oversee its work and help shape how it works. We think this is the most exciting time in a generation to be in the profession.
Do you still take freelance or marketplace applications?
No. Visory no longer matches freelance or contract bookkeepers with customers, and the Visory Certified Expert programme is closed. Every role with us is an employed position, advertised on our careers site.
